Pathetic Client service.

I just place two orders this morning through Takealot, I had activated takealotmore as well for the month, shortly after placing orders, i decided to go back online to track on the delivery, only to my surprise that takealot decided itself to deactivcate my account, with a credit worth of R100 and also takealot more benefits , also two of my orders that i had paid for

I need answers from this company as to when will my credit and the value of my orders be refunded to my account, or as to why have they closed my account down.
