Pathetic cancellation policy!!!

I am so annoyed with Takealot right now, I have been a customer since the Take 2 and Khalahari days, and absolutely love buying from you guys, but your cancellation process seriously needs to be worked on. I have been trying to cancel an order for 4 days now and the agents kept telling me let me know when you get the delivery sms and we'll cancel before it goes out, I did that and guess what!!?? The delivery guys were on my door step this morning. So I rejected the item and called the call centre only to be told they can't cancel until it goes back, what kind of **** is that, all I want is my Takealot account credited so I can purchase the other item from you guys which is more expensive, but I can't buy it until I get my credit back!!!!!
