Pathetic bunch of ****mers

Pathetic service from take alot. Return a set of plates that were part of an order. In the order I had used a coupon code which they gave me to discount the order. Upon the return they reserved the coupon amount and said that it was the coupon amount. My question is the coupon was just app**** to the plates and not the whole order? The coupon was for the entire order but upon returning the plates the coupon was suddenly app**** on just the plate. I returned the entire order, they must give me my money. Ridiculous ****mers.
