*******, Pathetic & Bull**** Service

Ratings must have negative values as Takealot doesn't deserve even a single star. I am extremely disappointed with Takealot.com's service. I purchased a soundbar on May 28th with the promise of same-day delivery. It's now been four days, and my order still hasn't arrived. I have to call them everyday to ask for an update instead of them giving me updates. Their system is unhelpful, automatically rescheduling the delivery at 14:15 every day, which only adds to my frustration as the order never arrives. After numerous calls, I decided to cancel the order for a full refund, but now they are telling me I have to wait 2-3 business days for my money to be refunded to my credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service.
