Pathetic

Yesterday i bought a TV worth 5 figures and was guaranteed that it would be delivered at my work, the delivery was scheduled between 1 and 5 but never arrived when i checked what was going on the app stated that the recipient(me) failed to produce ID so the delivery was unsuccessful so not only did they never arrive at my location the driver blatantly **** and said i was at fault eventhough i have been waiting at my work all day even after my shift ended i waited an extra 3 hours. I then went to the collection point where the item was shipped from in moreletapark but they could not help me. The driver isn't answering their phone and they dont know where he is, to me ive been ****** since nobody knows where the item is i paid for. Ive been here 2 hours with no resolution, ive never received service this badly im utterly shocked. They make gaurantees without honoring them without any thought of the customer experience or satisfaction. In the future id rather pay double in store.
