Pathetic, arrogant, sickening takealot.com!

Takealot has become extremely arrogant and don't care about customers!😡😏. I returned an item for exchange and their staff was so lazy and **** to me that the size needed for exchange wasn't available yet it was and I sent a screenshot. No apology from them as I demanded them to call me and apologise. Again, I sent back another item for exchange for a bigger size, they delayed for over 2 weeks and bring back the same size again. Yet again, no calls from them. Now, my fiancee parcel was not delivered to her or her address by Fast & Furious and takealot.com doesn't care even after her complaint. They just expect her to be calling them all the time and yet her payment was to them not to Fast & Furious! I wish people could stop dealing with them as their arrogance is repeatedly sickening, wicked and immoral!
