Pathetic approach to Customer Service

Pathetic approach to customer service!! I placed an order that I needed the goods for urgently, received confirmation that it would be delivered by 19:00 last night, nothing arrived, I posted urgent note to FB Messenger, you chose to ignore that. Then the order is updated to say I will receive by 17:00 today. No contact made by Takealot, no response on my queries. Totally pathetic
