Pathetic and what a waste!!!

I just received pathetic service from takealot.com. After they failed to deliver my Fitbit Charge 4 when I first delivered it, only to apologise and promise to make it right. I get a new delivery moments ago with a Fitbit Charge 3 in a used jewellery box - not even in a sealed Fitbit packaging. This is unacceptable, and a pathetic attempt and improving service delivery.

I cannot believe how poor takealot.com has become. As a loyal customer since their inception, I cannot stand for such blatant 3rd world treatment. After waiting for 3 weeks, and 2 orders later... my order is incorrect and not what I wanted nor in the brand new condition I would want.

I insist on a delivery of what I ordered Fitbit Charge 4 by COB, tomorrow before I open a case at the ombudsman.
