PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!!

I ordered an item on Takealot.com and now they are failing to deliver. I specifically asked for delivery to take place at 08h00 because there's no one to receive the items thereafter.

They don't even call when they get to the place, so now you supposed to thumbsuck that they are there. This is pathetic service and unprofessional. You cant expect us to wait a whole day for an order, only for you to lie and say you tried to deliver when you didn't.
