Pathetic and ridiculous service

I purchased an item with a voucher that I had.subsequently I returned the item and I was refunded less the voucher, understandable. From the time I was refunded until 1 and a half months later I followed up with them and they originally told me that they will follow up and send me the coupon. Today when I called and the agent went inside only to find a coupon was issued. When she sent it to me only to find out it was expired. When I called in again to let them.know they can check on their system it was not used. The agent rep**** unfortunately they can do nothing about it.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am a frequent buyer at takealot but will now re consider either buying from Shein, one day only or snatcher.
