Pathetic and Disgusting Service

On the 10th of May 2020 I ordered and paid for a AB Wheel through the Takealot app with order #***2 a total of R286.00 including delivery fee. On the 18th of May 2020 I got a notification that my order was delayed and would only be delivered on the 28th of May 2020. On the 19th of May I got an email notifying of my canceled order due to Takealot not being able to source out the item from the suppliers and then my credit would be app**** to my Takealot profile within 2 days. My credit was app**** in 2 days for me to buy on the app again when I decide to but I asked via email that my money be reversed into my account as I needed nothing from Takealot. I was promised that it was done by their Twitter Support and that it would take up to 5 days to reflect on my account - but it has been more than a month and no money has reflected on my account. I then corresponded with a lady called Somaya Brand on the 15th June 2020 and she informed me that the order was delivered I then had to correct that as she was referring to another other made before this one she promised to get back to me till no I have not received anything from her. I have sent DMs on Twitter to your account but still have not received any response. This is the worst service ever from Takealot you guys are simply cheating me out of my money which I find really disgusting.
