pathetic after sales service

I Bought a Hisense E9 From Takealot recently at that stage there wasn't any reviews of the phone for the first month the phone worked well and there was no problems the phone seemed like a nice phone. after staring to take pictures with the phone and the phones memory became full the phone started to slow down. you cant move the files to the sd card like you would do with a good well known phone like Samsung. when I addressed the matter with takealot they just said sorry we cant help you as the product is past the 30 days refund time limit. they should honor the products warranty period for exchanges as it is with most products. no I sit with a ******* product and no after sales support. is there a way or what will the prosedure be to report takealot to the consumer protection bord as a useless provider
