Pathetic

Useless customer service when you finally get hold of the consultants afyer holding for 14 minutes they put the phone down on the desk but keep laughing and swearing in the background no help nothing from their side.this is pathetic and used to be an excellent service. Maybe get people who want to work not clowns wanting to play.
