Pathetic!

I have yet to meet more imcompetant people than those employed at your Dainfern Pick-Up location. They are absolutely clueless! The guy working behind the counter is half blind?! It takes him forever to find the letters on the keyboard. I had to get behind the counter and do it myself! It took me 10 minutes to explain to him, and his equally incompetant "supervisor", that I scheduled a return for collection, but have changed my mind and now want to return in to a pick-up point instead as no one will be home next week to hand the returns to a driver.
