Pathetic

<p>Ordered my Waeco Cooler on 25 November 2016. It was supposed to have been delivered on 30 November. To date there has been NO update in terms of the tracking info and NO update from anyone on when I can expect my delivery. I have however been contacted twice with regards to the serial number of the cooler because apparently there were some faulty coolers in the batch. My opinion is that they were sold out before I even placed my order! I have complained and received two responses that the matter will be escalated, but I don't think anything has been escalated anywhere!! I want to know what is going on and when will I receive my order! I am irritated out of my mind!!</p> <p> </p> <p>[JDQW3K-L4E0]</p>
