Pathetic

I have now twice ordered electric kettles and both times I have been supp**** with the wrong product. Where is their quality control? I assume if they haven't got what you ordered then they just chuck what they have in the box and pray that you don't realize it is wrong. Pathetic little company, no wonder Temu is doing so well.
