Pathetic

MOST Pathetic customer service I have experienced. Promised me a delivery today. Didn't get my sms. Phoned them 9am and 4:45pm still nobody can tell me what is happening with the order. Instruct them to cancel my order and pay my money back... They can't do that either. No supervisor / team leader to speak to a person. Highly discussed
