Pathetic

I have ordered a package on Sunday 26 Aug 2023. Package was supposed to be delivered to my Office before 5pm. No Package came however the driver claims that he was at my office at 16:27. I was in the Parking lot at that time waiting for a passenger. No vehicle or bike has pulled into my office at that time.

I called their Head office at 08:20 on the 29th Aug. Their H/O sent them emails and they have not responded. Yet the H/O advised me its out for delivery./ My Office is Less than 5 mins from the Cresta Branch. 13:20 I called the H/O to advise I am still waiting. Their H/O gave me the Cresta Branch number. They haven't even booked out my parcel for Delivery.

I advised them for the Inconvenience that I will not pay the full price due to the pathetic Service. They cancelled my order. I re-ordered it and they going to expect a full price. This time i wont tell them and I wont pay I will send the driver off without cash. Takealot are pathetic I will never recommend them Any longer. I always Spoke very Highly of them Now i will never they are pathetic
