Pathetic

I ordered a Hisense phone from you guys about 2 weeks back,Firstly the driver delivered it to the incorrect person and I had to follow a lengthy process to get it back which was not my responsibility but TakeAlot gave me every reason which defended their drivers action.Then we moved onto correcting this mistake in which I said, please do not send your driver over to my work place as I do not need the drama where the driver will defend himself,I would rather have the driver go through the necessary disciplinary procedure which TakeAlot said would happen,against my wishes sent the driver over to my work place where the guy caused a huge racket resulting in me complaining agein.Going back to the beginning before my item was delivered,I asked TakeAlot to cancel my order and refund my money however the ignored my request and delivered incorrectly, then when I finally received my parcel I said I asked for this to be cancelled,please collect and refund my money ASAP,I gave my house address and told them to collect from my helper which they did. 2 days later I see a mail saying \the item has been received refund will be processed\" yet I was told that the refund request was cancelled.FIX!"
