Pathetic

I am unhappy with the service. I purchased a cellphone from takealot and in less than 3 months the screen went blank and the phone died. I sent it back last week and opted for a refund because they told me the don't have it in stock. I am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account and I am currently without a phone because they haven't given me my money back. I'm not happy at all and will never buy anything from them ever again. Takealot better bring back my money so I can go buy a brand new phone elsewhere, one that is reliable and not faulty.
