Pathetic

i placed an order on the 29th November and the order has been delayed 3 times. It is now coming on the 30th December well after Christmas and these are gifts. What pathetic service is this? i have been on hold for the last hour there is no urgency at all! I am disgusted that such a big business has no care for their customers
