Pathetic

Hi.. Takealot service getting worse by the day.. I placed an order order. Few items needed 5-7 days.. Now it's almost 2 week..and nothing heard from takealot ... I had also submitted a return for an item.. They scheduled a delivery and failed to fetch.. A phoned and scheduled a pick up for the 2nd time and they failed again.. When I phoned the returns team the guy said he'll get back to me and till now there's no response.. Pathetic.. Refer to my account **********
