Pathetic

Ordered a Rattan Furniture set. On Tuesday 28/11 (1week ago) they wanted to deliver a Braai instead of what I ordered. Told courier that this is wrong item and did not accept delivery. Later that day I received a mail that goods had been delivered. Informed Takealot that no goods had been delivered and that wrong goods were not accepted and courier is in possession of same. 1 week later I am still waiting for a Delivery date after being asked for pictures and barcodes of goods that were not accepted (must be rocket scientist to take pictures of goods I am not in possession of). I must have received emails from more that 5 people trying to sort this out. Absolutely pathetic.
