****ing pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!

I have now received a 4th replacement delivery and it's still the wrong thing!!!!

4 different people have now "helped" me and its like sheep, one after the other, they just follow each other, over a cliff, I wouldn't be surprised.

No one even bothers to READ my emails and every person just sends an auto reply.
