Pathetic

I ordered a Ride-on-car for my son. Takealot delivered a gaming chair instead. I have tried contacting them for a replacement. Staff are ***********. They promise to resolve the issue and give me feedback but they have failed to keep up to their promises. I have wasted my airtime and sent numerous emails, only to get no response. Absolutely disgusting service!
