Pathethic service

I ordered post towards the end of october, two sets of ports, upon arrival i returned them as they falsely advertised the pots now these people do not want to refund my money saying that the seal is broken. how was i supposed to even know what was inside the pots if i ddnt open it. i dnt remember breaking anything what if its the delivery guys that broke it when i returned the two sets of pots. TAKEALOTs service is pathetic. I want my hard earned money today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will be deleting that ****ty app
