Pathethic delivery agents from takelot!

I ordered and paid for same day delivery, to be delivered at my work place where i never experienced delivery issues in the past.

We close at 4pm as do most businesses, so they arrive at 4.58pm expecting to find someone to receive the order. Pathetic Service. On day 2 of having waiting the whole day for my order, they tell me after me having to call to follow up that there is a system error where my order is now going to be delivered the next day.

From a same delivery (which i paid for) to a standard delivery of 3 days!

They need to learn a thing or two from Zando. Delivery agents there are much more switched on and call before they deliver.
