Words fail me to describe the incompetency I have dealt with on the recent encounter with takealot. I placed an order on the 28/05/2021 I should have had 4 boxes on the OMO washing capsules and I only received 2 , I reffered back to them to have the missing items sent I was assisted by Imran Govender , Shereen Odendaal , Crystal Saban and finally it was sent only to receive 1 box instead of 2 boxes can you get your house in order and send the correct iterm.
