PAST DELIVERY DATE!!!! AND STILL NO DELIVERY!!!!!

I purchased two Items on takealot on the 23rd of November 2018. My order has not arrived, I have run out of patience, the Customer Care Consultants keep repeating the same thing that is on the web that my order has been sent to the wrong site yet no one is giving me a Turn around time, this is frustrating. I bought Nappies I NEED those Nappies. Delivery was scheduled for the 28 November today is the 4th of December. I AM GOING ON LEAVE THIS FRIDAY.
