Passing the buck , for an Invalid voucher

I am a really frustrated client trying to get a voucher code from takealot after numerous emails back and forth to the client services department I still have no feedback.

Below is a trial of emails

Regarding your query, to load the gift voucher we advise to do the following:

- Go to the full website - Click on "My Account", it will lead you directly to your " My Account Dashboard" - Go to "Payments and Credits" box and simply click on "Your Credits" - Click on the tab that states "Redeem Gift Voucher"

Once you have done this, it will show a profile credit which can be automatically allocated to the next purchase.

Kindly note that you should include the dashes on your voucher code.
