Parts missing from product

I ordered an 5" navigation system for my bike. On the app it showed pictures of what is in the box and they have a list of things in the box. When I got the product some of the parts was missing. Takealot said I should return the product and they will give me another one wich they did not. They refunded me. I had to buy the product again at a higher prise and again the parts was missing.
