Partial delivery....where are my shoes??

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, simple enough. Went to collect them, and the delivery was only 1 pair...Takealot Fourways was as useless as ever giving me the run around for 2 days, only to tell me I need to phone contact centre, which is closed. So now I need to go and buy Christmas presents on the 24th of December. They suggested I return the order, but how do you return something you dont have. Last time I will use anything to do with Takealot. Will see what happens when Amazon opens up (Maybe they will have found my order by then)
