Partial delivery Ref nr #***0

We placed an order on Thursday for three bags of dog food and paid immediately. We received a delivery on Monday only for two bags. I called them immediately to find out that the warehouse dispensed one short. They acknowledged short delivery. Since then no word further word from takealot. I tried calling since Tuesday. I spent one hour calling takelot and also sent a message for a manager to call me with no response. I called again today Thursday with no joy
