Partial delivery of paid for items

I order 3 items from them.I received only 2 of my items and a shoe rack that wasn't mine.I was however missing my hosepipe.I contacted them and they said that they would need to collect,check the shoe rack for damages and then send my hose pipe.They collected the shoe rack on the 10th of June.I didn't hear back from them,I emailed and they rep**** to say that they hadn't received the shoe rack.I found the documents from the collection and sent that through.They had a courier come to my house another 2 times to collect the shoe rack which was already collected.Inbetween I had messages stating that I wasn't home when they came to collect and would reschedule.After many attempts to contact them,I have not heard anything and I still don't have my order.
