Partial delivery of package and no explanation for missing goods

I have been struggling for more than 2 weeks to find a parcel which wasn't delivered. There was a bag of dog food and a separate box with gifts to the value of R700.00 . I received the dog food but not the box of gifts. I have contacted Takealot via email, their telephone call centre and Facebook. I receive documents of the signed package of dog food. But no one can explain where the second package is. I would like a credit or that the package is sent again. I am not impressed with the follow up on this query at all.
