Partial Delivery - No Answers

<p>Orderd 3 products from takelot on 4 October 2016, recieved 2 packages on 21 October 2016.</p> <p>Informed Takelot via call center that I received a partial delivery and the said the 3rd parcel will be delivered.</p> <p>Received a mail on 21 October stating that the whole order was delivered again I phoned the call center which said I should not worry as the package would be delivered and ha alredy been sent to their third party courier.</p> <p>Today 31 October 2016 I still did not recieve my package and again I called the cal center and they informed me everything has been delivered then asked me to hold on, then they tell me the have to call me back to update on the package as now it seems takelot never recieved it according to the operator.</p> <p>So where is my package which I paid for ????</p>
