Partial delivery

Received delivery of only 2 cheapest of the 4 items I ordered. Initially the tracking said parcel lost in transit then yesterday it said delivered even though 2 items are missing. The delivery guy even removed the tag from the box after delivery. The response time is too long as they are still awaiting feedback from the warehouse.
