Parrot Drone Double Trouble

As a drone enthusiast I considered myself lucky when finding a Parrot Anafi Drone on special for just under 10k. Long story short 1st one switched on and did nothing more, I do an exchange 2nd one disconnects from the control and the control fails to 'control' the drone, all this happens mid flight, added to that battery life is less then 10min. After I complete my return and request a refund, I am told to collect my drone. 2 drones of the same brand with defects seems to be my problem, which cost me under 10k
