Parcels delivered at the wrong address

I have placed 2 orders on the 3rd May 2026, paid for it and it was delivered on the 5th May to the wrong address and a person I don't know signed for it.

I have been trying since yesterday to allocate my parcels through Takealot and till today I have no positive feedback as they want me to return items that I dont have... all I want is the items that was delivered at the wrong address, trace the driver and deliver it to the correct address
