Parcel was released to unknown pwrson

My parcel was released to a random person. Received a message this morning that my parcel was delivered at 20:44 last night and was signed by me. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AND SIGNED BY ME. DOES TAKEALOT NOW LET ANY JOHN **** AND HARRY SIGN MORE ONES PARCEL AND ANY ADDRESS????
