Parcel still not delivered - Bad Courier company

I ordered a parcel from Takealot that was supposed to be delivered by the 15 December. Takealot kept on sending me SMS that hey would deliver on FRiday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday...it is now Wednesday 20 December and still no parcel has been delivered. When calling the call centre they advised the driver said I was not home....but I was home all the time. They are *****ing up my time and I will never order a Takealot item ever again! Because they cannot deliver it!!
