Parcel not sealed and items inside missing

Second time in 7 days I have recieved a package that was not sealed and items missing in the pack. I am not sure whether it is delivers that do this or is it those who are working at a receiving center. I am asking myself why are these packages not sealed and put inside the brown Takealot Bilox that we know? Why is there no tape on the boxes because if there is no tape, then the workers can easy take out items inside the box. Why Why Why. Very dissappointed and won't buy anymore from Takealot
