parcel not received

The deliver guy came without my order and advice me he will return later to deliver. my order number is ***1. when I called to find out he is still coming he responded with a stinking attitude. I'm so appalled with the service I received. The guy ticked that he delivered the parcel yet we I have nothing. this is actual *****. can someone from Takealot make sure I receive my order ASAP.
