PARCEL NOT RECEIVED

Ordered a product from takealot. waited 2 weeks, Showed product was delivered. I have not received the product. when phoning them your call just get escalated to the next person. Takealot send an email, to tell you they sorting this out. 4 weeks, down the line, still waiting for this to be resolved. email received from them Good day Thanks for the patience thus far.
