Parcel not delivered - website shows "delivered" BEWARE !!!

I would like to say that I question the integrity of the delivery in Port Elizabeth. According to the takelot website, it shows that my item has been delivered. However, that was not the case as at the time and date of delivery there was no one at the delivery location (and I have a proof of this as well). I phoned TAKELOT and explained the situation and was told that they will found out what had happened. After the phone call I have also received an e-mail saying "Thank you for contacting Takealot As per telephonic communication, I will contact the couriers and once I have feedback I will revert to you." No one has got back to me and I have no answers.

I am questioning the integrity and honesty of TAKEALOT delivery system.

It is very disappointing that this organization no longer cares about customer service

I have NO ITEM, yet I paid for it. And there is no more communication from takelot regarding my query.
