Parcel not delivered same day

I placed an order for same delivery.The driver gave me a missed call.I phoned him back after 2 minutes and he told me that he was at my house but nobody was there.I told him me and my wife was home all day and nobody was here.I told him he was lying nobody was here.He told me he will bring it now and never came.You can cancel my order and I wont be using takealot again because I needed the order today.
