Parcel not delivered ORDER # ***5

Ordered on the 20th May and chose a Saturday delivery with a fee of R60. The first Saturday, order was not delivered and was rescheduled for a Monday delivery… why I don’t understand. Reached out to Superbalist and asked them who will receive that package during the week? And why they are scheduling it for Monday when I specifically requested and paid for a Saturday delivery and they rescheduled again for the 30th May Saturday and the package was not delivered. The driver called me drunk and said I must go collect my package at JHB as he’s not in JHB and won’t be able to deliver… the driver is in Mpumalanga and yet my parcel on Superbalist app is flagged as “ out for delivery “ and it’s not track able anymore. None of the consultants from Superbalist are responding to my emails anymore. Takealot where’s my parcel??
