Parcel not delivered but money taken

Order#*** I waited all day for delivery of my order which was supposed to arrive before 5pm. I later saw it was marked on the system as delivered and signed by purchaser. Takelot did not come near my house all day. In fact tgey cannot enter my property without first phoning me as we live in a pan-handle and they must pass through 2 gates. We do not have an intercom at the gate so we cannot hear them unless they phone. Takelot should use a pin system of some sorts for delivery. I cannot speak to anyone at T-a-l and the automated responses are useless. How do I get my order and is t-a-l keeping my money for an order that was not delivered. Impossible to speak to a human as they do not take calls.
