Parcel not delivered because of access to complex and no calls to client

Parcel Delivery I ordered a parcel on the 26th November i was expecting it on the 30th November but luckily was shipped on the 28th but your driver did not call for access at the gate, on the 29th samething happenned and this morning 30th. I live in a complex drivers have to be reported to the security for entry so if they are just going to park at the gate and turn back then say " Receipient was not available to receive the parcel " is not true. i need that parcel today your guys must use numbers provided. parcel number #***7
