Parcel not delivered

I ordered a mattress topper on the 27th of May. It's the 6th June and it was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd June and they rescheduled to 5th June. My parcel is not yet delivered. I wanted to pick it up at their pickup point in town. Nope. They were greedy for just a R250 delivery fee. Now they realised that it's 68kms away from town, they busy not delivering my parcel.
